Music:

• email a MP3 file with your name and song title

Poetry:

• Paste your poem into the body of your email with your name and poem title. 
• Any poem attached will not be accepted.  It must  be pasted in your email.

Artwork:

• Attach a JPEG or BITMAP picture file to your email.  Include your name and title of the piece.

Your work will be eligible for posting on our website upon review.  Give up to one month for your work to be posted.
